Yoga & Sound Journey with Fabrizia Verreccia and Ruth Humming Ford
Thursday 10th March 7.30 - 9.45 Birch Room
Fabrizia weaves Hatha and Kundalini traditions, poetry, visualisations, Alexander Technique and Somatic Movement to create a unique recipe of nurture and healing as you relax and rejuvenate. Her gentle meditative classes provide a nurturing ambience and spiritual uplift as she creates sacred space.
At the end of the session Ruth invites you to lie down and bathe in a weave of elemental sounds with the aid of Gong, flute and many other melodic and percussive instrument. Your body is suspended in the pause, a journey into a realm completely led by your own needs.
We love to bring this fusion of body, mind, emotion and spirit and hope you can join us.
