A day of experiential exploration of energy and shamanic practices to deepen your connection to your own medicine wheel of knowledge. The gift of connection to nature and to the other vibrational worlds enables us to gain wisdom, healing, and guidance in our lives.

Join Juanita for a day to be in community, have fun, journey, and explore the questions in your life. We will connect to the wisdom of ‘Trees’ honouring the symbolism of community and connection both energetically and physically. Trees show everyone how to reach into the upper world and be grounded with their roots deep within the earth.

The day will be experiential with sharing, out-door tasks and shamanic practices to help you connect more deeply with the Elemental powers that wish to communicate and guide you in your life.

The Medicine wheel is a map to help identify energetic doorways that can be opened to communicate knowledge, guidance and healing. You may already work with a particular wheel or wish to explore how to develop your own.

Juanita is planning once a month gatherings to explore how to develop, listen and build your own personal medicine wheel. If you are interested in joining these please contact Juanita.

The day is open to anyone who is willing to share both novices and for the more experienced.
