Healing ceremony - This ceremony can last up to 1hr -1hr 30mins. massage using a warming oil, and then finished by tightly wrapping the cloth around the woman's hips.

This closes energetic and physical openings in the lower abdomen and back, also releases trauma.

Plant limpia healings- The plant Limpia can last up to 50 mins

Plant Limpia is a Spiritual Cleansing ritual. It cleanses the body, emotions, mind and soul from

negative energies or thoughts. Traditionally it is given to move and release blockages and trauma.
