This day is an offering into the subject of how we emerge from the experience of the last year, what we have brought back from the deepest moments of reflection and how this ripples out into our lives and relationships . Now more than perhaps ever before in our collective lives, we are being given an opportunity to reach into the places we have been forced to forget or ignore through the busy ness and business of modernity.

I invite you to enter in a spirit of wonder and wound, these words originate from the same source. The crack, the scar - 'that's how the light gets in' Leonard Cohen.

There will be an exploration of grief, parts of ourselves and parts of the life we no longer resonate with. My intention is to create a collective altar to help us focus and honour the ways this is showing up.

For the dance explorations we will take a journey into our bodies and beyond, through the use of a blindfold. There will be times for discussion and sharing along with meditation. The word ‘dance’ can be misleading as without the sense of sight this is a dance of a different nature.
