I’m not sure whether rush out to stock up on baked beans and candles, build an ark (perhaps a bit late for that) or just relax and go with whatever happens, if indeed anything happens. It could of course just be a huge anti climax! One thing is for sure though and that is that something is stirring whether you look to the news, to your friends and neighbours or your own, inner story we are being pushed and cajoled to clear out the dross to make way for the new. It brings to mind the old Chinese curse – ‘may you live in interesting times’ - except for me these times are both interesting as well as challenging and exciting.
We would like to say a very big thank you to those of you who have supported the work of the Centre over the last year. There have been many exciting developments, some wonderful workshops and events but as always it’s the people who make it – and everyone who has come has brought with them their particular gift which has helped to create the whole. I look forward to an even more exciting year in 2013 and hope very much to see you in whatever capacity works for you.
We at the Centre will be celebrating with a Sacred Fire on the evening of the 21st, all are welcome to join us. All we ask is that you bring a piece of wood to put on the Fire (clean wood please, no paint or nails), and something to share be it something sweet or savoury to eat, a story or better still a song.
