The 'Body in Balance' class resumes the Thursday evening and Friday morning sessions on 6th/7th September. Sarah Wale has been running this class for many years and is able to cater for all ages and levels of mobilty. Please visit her page to learn more or to book your place on the next 10 week course.
There are also opportunities to practise Yoga. On Wednesdays mornings Kanti Freeman runs a Hatha Yoga class and Thelma McNairn's Iyengar yoga class is in the evening. Yoga for pregnancy is available on Monday evenings with Pippa Moss.
