World Music Evening

A great evening of World Music starting off with the ethereal and highly original sounds of the SOMA band.

Bringing you Sanskrit mantras, as well as original songs - featuring (amongst a host of other world music instruments) sitar, flutes, didgeridoo, tablas, fiddle, bass guitar and various drums! Profound Sound!


Next the Halfmoon Drum Circle will be playing ecstatic rhythms from around the World on djembe drums, talking drums, darabuka and dhol drum amongst many others.

The evening finishes off with your turn to play (!) in an open drum workshop, HUGE FUN for all!

Drums, shakers and other instruments will be provided for you to join in heartily!

No experience necessary this is an informal evening open to all.
